Based on the guidelines above: to schedule court time you must email the appropriate scheduler with the following information: (Cut and Paste this to your email)
Name: Division and Number of Years Officiating: Availability – date(s) and day of the week Preferred Time – (6:00-8:30 and/or 7:00-9:30):
Steve and Dijana will schedule assignments on a first come first serve basis. They will try to honor each official's time request, but officials should be prepared to work other times as well. Officials will receive an email to confirm that they are still available for the time slot that they selected. Officials must reply to this email within 24 hrs or they will not be scheduled for that night!! If you are not working on the court, you are expected to either be in the classroom or in a mechanics session. Bring your stuff each night because things happen and you could end up on the court. The more court time you get the better you will become. All of the trainers are volunteers and are there for your benefit so please take advantage of this opportunity to learn and improve.
