2010 Dale Kelley Alliance Referee Camp
DALE R. KELLEY
A seasoned veteran of basketball on-court officiating, Kelley has been a Coordinator of
Officials since 1985. As an on-court official, Kelley worked 14 years in the Southeastern
Conference, worked in nine consecutive NCAA Tournaments, and was selected at three
NCAA Final Four competitions.
This is your opportunity to learn from some of the world’s most experienced officials.
You'll get critique and counseled from unbiased experts who can help guide you to the
next level. In the course of working 3-man games you will learn game control, preventive
officiating, and individual problem-solving techniques.
Through lectures and open discussion groups some of the best officials will share with
you their own experiences and officiating lessons learned.
Each referee should bring an adequate supply of equipment including black and white
stripped shirts, black pants, (shorts are acceptable), black referee shoes, whistles, etc.
